Abby and Eric you guys will be greatly missed by us. We enjoy all the time we have with you guys! (I guess you can go!)But, Hurry home please......... :)
Eric and I met on a blind date on December 16, 2005. Since that day we have not been apart and we were married on August 10, 2007! I guess you can say it was love at first sight! We are now living in Pittsburgh as Eric and I are finishing school and he is enjoying the new challenges at work. We like to spend time with each other and our family and friends. But, all we have now is each other and surprisingly , we haven't killed each other yet!
So, the Red Sox did it again... they about gave us a heart attack. Eric was ready to say goodbye to his beloved Red Sox for the season and then the clouds opened the light shined through and the gods spoke... the Red Sox have another chance to make it to the World Series. Thursday night, bottom of the 7th, with two outs, the score 0-7 Rays winning and finally Big Papi came through for us. He was only 0-16 in the series and hadn't hit a home run in his last 61 postseason at bats. Then the rest followed. The big hero of the game was J.D Drew who brought Youk in to make the winning run 8-7! When that happened Eric ran around the house giggling and jumping up and down like a little girl who just got a puppy or a pony. I couldn't decide which at the time, all i knew was the it was very emasculating. I of course laughed at him. I am just thankful the Red Sox didn't lose and that I didn't have to console my husband. Another game is tonight and I am hoping we can get the tail out from between our legs and play baseball!
